To place an order on Sumi Ơi, after searching and selecting a product on the website https://www.sumioi.com. Customers have two options to place an order:
  • Option 1: Place the order directly through Sumi Ơi's online ordering system
  • Option 2: : Contact the Hotline: 0906.253.700 Sumi Ơi will provide guidance and support for the purchasing process.
Customers have the right to cancel all or part of their order before Sumi Ơi confirms it. In some cases, specific conditions may apply to products, which will be clearly stated on Sumi Ơi's product information page. Customers can cancel their orders using one or more of the following methods:
  • Access the "Order Management" section on Sumi Ơi (https://www.sumioi.com ) and cancel orders in the "Pending Confirmation" status.
  • Contact Sumi Ơi's Hotline: 0906.253.700 for guidance and assistance.
  • Send a cancellation request to Sumi Ơi via email at info@sumioi.com and await confirmation from Sumi Ơi.
An order is confirmed as canceled when customers receive a confirmation of the cancellation status from Sumi Ơi via notification on the home page or email from Sumi Ơi. Alternatively, the order status in the customer's account management system will be updated to "Canceled".
To request for quotation for products not listed on Sumi Ơi, customers can follow these steps:
  • Step 1: Visit Sumi Ơi's website at https://www.sumioi.com
  • Step 2: Click on the "Request for Quotation" section on the homepage.
  • Step 3: Select " Product does not exist on the system" and provide detailed descriptions of the products
  • Step 4: Sumi Ơi will contact the customer to discuss and provide a quote based on the customer's request.
Customers will receive the quotation file (PDF) on [My page], under the [Quotation Management] section, and simultaneously receive the quotation file (PDF) via email.Furthermore, to request a quotation for any products, you can send your request to us via email: info@sumioi.com or contact us via Hotline: 0906.253.700For more details, please refer to the General Policy.

Sumi Ơi provides Free shipping for orders with a value equal or higher than 1 milion Vietnam Dong and delivered to locations in Ho Chi Minh City, Long An, Binh Duong, and Dong Nai provinces.


For deliveries outside these areas or orders that do not meet the free shipping criteria, Sumi Ơi applies shipping fees based on factors such as order value, product type, volume/weight of the products, shipping method, distance, and delivery location. Customers will be informed of the applicable fees through Sales Representatives or via the Quotation sent to them.

The average delivery time, which occurs after the order is confirmed and the cargo is ready, varies based on the conditions below:
  • For Orders delivered intra-province: 1-2 days.
  • For Orders delivered intra 4 provinces (Ho Chi Minh, Dong Nai, Binh Duong, Long An): 3 - 5 days
  • For Orders in other areas: The delivery time will be specifically updated for the customer through our Sales Representative before order confirmation.
Note: The above times do not include Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays
Products are packaged according to Sumi Ơi's standards. If customers have specific packaging requirements, please inform Sumi Ơi before placing the order so that availability and additional charges can be considered.For more details, please refer to the Delivery Policy.
Eligible cases for exchange/return:
  • The product is delivered to the customer in a faulty or damaged condition due to manufacturing or shipping errors.
  • The product has expired at the time of delivery.
  • The item is not of the correct type or model as ordered in the placed order or as shown on the website at the time of purchase.
  • The delivered product does not match the description and quantity of the ordered product.
Conditions for exchange/return:
  • Products must be original, unused.
  • Exchange/return requests must include the delivery note or Invoice.
Sumi Ơi accepts complaints and exchange/return requests within 7 working days from the successful receipt of the products by customers. For example:
  • Within the first 7 working days from receipt, defective or damaged products due to suppliers or shipping will be exchanged or refunded without charge
  • From the 8th day onwards, Sumi Ơi only supports warranty claims according to the manufacturer's policies.
To initiate an exchange or return, please follow these steps:

Step 1: : Reach out directly to our Sales Representative to assist you with your Order; or Hotline: 0906.253.700 or send an email to info@sumioi.com for prompt assistance.

Step 2: Capture photos or record a video of the product and send the images or video of the product's condition to the email address: info@sumioi.com for verification.

Step 3: Once the exchange/return request is approved, carefully package the product and send it via postal service or other transportation to the address, including:
  • Sales invoice or delivery note.
  • Value-added tax invoice (if applicable).
  • Product accessories and accompanying promotional items (if any).

Step 4: Upon receiving the returned product, Sumi Ơi will confirm the product’s condition and notify the customer of the exchange or refund result.

Step 5: Within 15 working days from the confirmation of refund notification, Sumi Ơi will refund the total amount paid for the exchanged product back to the customer's provided account.

Note: Shipping fees, installation charges, additional fees, and any additional bonuses will not be refunded..

Yes, Sumi Ơi provides VAT invoices upon customer request for all orders. Customers are required to provide accurate and full information about the billing entity when placing an order so that Sumi Ơi can issue invoices in compliance with regulations.
Payments for orders on Sumi Ơi are processed via bank transfer and transactions are conducted in Vietnamese Dong.

Payment terms and value are sent to Customers before order confirmation and are clearly detailed in the "My Page" section of each Customer's account. Payment terms will be decided based on credit history, transaction amount, and cooperate time with Sumi Ơi.

The credit limit is the maximum amount that Sumi Ơi provides business customers for purchasing goods on credit (maximum credit amount). Sumi Ơi grants registered business accounts that meet our criteria a credit limit, allowing Customers to make purchases upfront and pay later conveniently and quickly. This special incentive policy is considered as an especially useful extended support for Businesses in managing cash flow for purchasing activities.
To use the Credit payment term on the platform, customers need to meet the following criteria:
  • Register as a Business account on Sumi Ơi.
  • Maintain a remaining credit limit greater than zero.
  • Have no overdue payment shipments.
Customers can check the Payment Status on the Order Details page or in the Payment Management section within their personal account on Sumi Ơi.
